Villegas Carrera, Inc. advises and consults with employers, businesses and companies to provide them with high quality mediation services, investigations, trainings, bilingual services, and consultations.  We want to educate employers on employment laws and prevent them from being sued.  While Villegas Carrera does no defense work of any kind, it now advises companies and businesses that have come to recognize the benefit of working with an aggressive Plaintiffs’ side litigation firm for preventative representation.  Villegas Carrera, Inc. provides these services on an hourly or contract basis.

1. Mediation 

Villegas Carrera mediates workplace disputes and labor& employment law matters, as well as disputes related to landlord tenant,  public nuisance/neighborhood disputes/neighbor disputes, and business related matters.

2. Employment Law Consulting/Advice & Counsel and Training  

Villegas Carrera provides full service employment law and human resources consulting, training and neutral fact-finding investigations to growing businesses and non-profit organizations.

3.  Bilingual Services

The attorneys at Villegas Carrera are bilingual in English-Spanish.  They can review and translate business documents, including employee manuals and other employment related forms, train employees, and conduct neutral fact finding investigations in Spanish.
