Juliana Guillén is a Law Clerk at Villegas Carrera, Inc. In May 2020, she received her LL.M (Master of Laws) from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, specializing in Dispute Resolution and Legal Process. In 2020, Ms. Guillén received the faculty and student sponsored Hastings Public Interest Achievement Award in recognition of her exemplary work in social justice. She also served as a Staff Editor of the Hastings International and Comparative Law Review.

Juliana Guillén has worked in both public and private practice in Argentina. From 2017 to 2018, Ms. Guillén worked as an Associate at Leverone & Miuhura Estrada practicing corporate law with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions. From 2016-2017, she served as Advisor and Staffer for Honorable Congressman Javier David in Argentina’s Congress. She is currently pursuing a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Austral University in Argentina specializing in Jurisprudence.
